Soft magnetic alloy 1J85
Executive standard:GB/T15018-1994、GBn198-1988、GB/T14986-2008 etc。
Basic Characteristic:
The soft magnetic alloy is a magnetic alloy that is easily magnetized under the action of an external magnetic field and the magnetic induction intensity is small after the external magnetic field is removed. The so-called soft refers to the fact that these materials are easily magnetized and appear “soft” in magnetic properties. Soft magnetic alloys are classified into low-carbon electrical steel and acryl steel, silicon steel sheet, nickel-iron soft magnetic gold, iron soft magnetic alloy, iron silicon aluminum soft magnetic alloy and so on.

0.01mm.According to the requirements of the buyer, for strips with a thickness greater than or equal to 0.35 mm, strips with a width of more than 300 mm to 150 mm can be supplied, and their thickness deviations can be relaxed by 0.01 mm from the standard. |
Soft Magnetic Alloy
The use of soft magnetic alloys is very extensive. Because they are easy to magnetize and demagnetize, and have a high magnetic permeability, they can play a good role in gathering magnetic lines of force. Therefore, soft magnetic alloys are widely used as magnetic flux paths, ie, as magnetically conductive materials such as transformers and sensors. Cores, magnetic shields, yokes for special magnetic circuits, relays, transformers, magnetic amplifiers, electromagnetic clutches, automotive sensors, etc.
