HY X-750 특징 아래와 같이 :：
HY X-750은 가스 터빈, 제트 엔진 부품, 원전 애플리케이션 열처리 치구 형성 툴, 압출 다이 고온 구조 부재 등의 애플리케이션에 사용 된 석출 경화형 합금이다. 합금은 화학적 부식 및 산화에 매우 저항력이 높은 스트레스 파열 강도와 최대 1500 ° F (816 °에 C)에 적합한 열처리 후의 온도에서 높은 응력 하에서 낮은 크리프 속도를 가지고있다.
HY X-750의 기계 가공성 :
철계 합금의 가공에 사용되는 종래의 기술이 사용될 수있다. 이 합금은 업무 강화 가공 중에 수행하고 높은 강도와 "점착성"철강의 전형적인하지 있습니다. 중부 가공 장비 및 도구는 앞서 절단의 합금의 잡담이나 가공 경화를 최소화하기 위해 사용되어야한다.
HY X-750의 부식 저항 :
HY X-750은 염소 이온 응력 부식 균열에 대한 우수한 저항이있다. 그것은 수많은 산화 환경에 만족 저항을 나타낸다. 합금은 여러 매체 (600) 합금과 유사한 내식성을 갖는다.
